Hello and welcome to the Black Mountain Center for Healing!  My name is Asha Novak.  I am a Registered Nurse and an East Asian Medicine Practitioner.  My family-centered practice focuses on both acute and chronic conditions.  Manual therapies and Acupuncture techniques awaken your body’s energies.  I also prescribe East Asian botanical medicine and acute-care homeopathy.

You have my complete and undivided attention when we are together.  The intelligent design of your body guides me to individualize therapies that are the least invasive, most efficient and long-lasting.
